SHIPPING

OUR GOAL IS TO SHIP ALL PURCHASES WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING CREDIT CARD APPROVAL. AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, WE'LL SEND YOU AN EMAIL CONFIRMING TRACKING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION.

CANADA

We ship all orders within Canada via Canada Post from Vancouver, British Columbia.

We use an Expedited Parcel service, which delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.

USA

All orders to the USA are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Please allow 5 to 9 business days for delivery (some exceptions apply).

We don't charge tax on orders with destinations outside of Canada. US customers may or may not have to pay duty or customs fees (local taxes) when their package arrives. These fees depend solely on US customs policies.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship internationally to a number of countries using Canada Post Small Packet Air service. Unfortunately, delivery times and tracking information aren't available with this service.
